YWAM
FM church planting teams have the goal of starting indigenous
movements of spontaneously multiplying churches. Coaching
helps teams stay focused and take concrete action steps toward
reaching the goal. The teams also use training, mentoring and
coaching as a vital part of equipping grassroots leaders. ("Training without coaching
is a waste of time." Dr. Howard Hendricks)
Indigenous,
local leaders use training, mentoring and coaching to
reproduce new leaders and churches which spread the blessings
of God's Kingdom to the borders of their own nation and
beyond.
