The Coach -- Serves the Team Leaders

Church planting coaches serve church planters by observing, caring, encouraging, empowering and inspiring them to grow in godly character and ministry ability, resulting in progress toward the goal of indigenous church planting movements among the unreached. The coach helps church planting team leaders:

1.  Evaluate their progress in light of their goals.

2.  Make their own plans for their next steps.

3.  Acquire training materials which will better equip them and their teams in their work.

The Network Coach -- Serves the CP Coaches

Network coaches serve other coaches as the number of teams and coaches grows. He/she builds up the coaches by staying in close communication with them helping them evaluate progress and make plans--the same as all the coaches do. Network coaches help facilitate the flow of information and training resources within the coaching network.

Church Planting Teams

YWAM FM church planting teams have the goal of starting indigenous movements of spontaneously multiplying churches. Coaching helps teams stay focused and take concrete action steps toward reaching the goal. The teams also use training, mentoring and coaching as a vital part of equipping grassroots leaders.  ("Training without coaching is a waste of time." Dr. Howard Hendricks)

Grassroots Workers

Indigenous, local leaders use training, mentoring and coaching to reproduce new leaders and churches which spread the blessings of God's Kingdom to the borders of their own nation and beyond.
